Revit 2023 – 2027

Install a Revit add-in

Our Revit products ship as an Autodesk Autoloader bundle. Copy one folder and Revit finds it — no installer, no registry keys, no administrator rights.

Requirements

  • Revit 2023 – 2027
  • Windows 64-bit
  • One bundle covers every supported year

Steps

  1. Close Revit completely.
  2. Download and unzip. You get a folder ending in .bundle.
  3. Copy that folder to %AppData%\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins.
  4. Start Revit. The ribbon tab appears on first launch.
  5. Activate from the ribbon, with your licence key.

Worth knowing

To install for every user on a machine instead, use %ProgramData%\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins — that path does need administrator rights. Offices deploying to many seats usually push the bundle folder with their existing software distribution tooling.

If something goes wrong

The ribbon tab does not appear

Nine times out of ten the bundle is nested one folder too deep. ApplicationPlugins must contain the .bundle folder directly, not a folder containing it. Check that PackageContents.xml sits at the top of the bundle.

Revit shows a security warning about an unsigned add-in

Our DLLs are Authenticode-signed. If Windows still flags them, the file was likely blocked on download: right-click the zip, Properties, tick Unblock, then unzip again.
