1. Who we are

2. What you are buying

A licence to use the software, plus the download service, updates for the stated period, and support. Blender add-ons are distributed under GPL-3.0-or-later with source included; the licence you buy covers the download service, updates and support, and does not restrict the rights the GPL grants you over the code.

3. Delivery

Licence key and download link are emailed immediately after payment. Download links expire after 24 hours and can be re-issued.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed in Romania by Art. 16(m) of GEO 34/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium once you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you lose that right. You give that consent with a separate, unticked checkbox at checkout, and we repeat it in your order confirmation email.

5. Voluntary refund policy

Regardless of the above, we refund any purchase within 30 days on request.

6. Updates and support

Each product states its update window on its pricing block. Everything you receive during that window stays yours permanently.

7. Governing law

Romanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
