The legal version

For digital content delivered immediately, EU law removes the statutory 14-day withdrawal right once the consumer expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges losing that right. You give that consent at checkout, on a separate unticked checkbox, and we repeat the wording in your confirmation email so you have it on a durable medium.

Our 30-day guarantee is voluntary and sits on top of that. It exists because we would rather lose a sale than have a tool sitting unused in someone's workflow.

Email [email protected] with your order number. Refunds are processed by our merchant of record and reach your card in 5–10 business days.
